To: proud American in Canada

All states have provisions where any citizen can question and bring suit against someone regarding the eligibility of that person to run for any given public office. It has seldom been done before but it is provided for. Hopefully other people in other states will bring suit also. I think the republicans would have brought suit after the convention in order to make it harder for Hillary to jump in. Now if this guy wins, or ever sows doubt among the super delegates, Obama is toast and Hillary steps in there slick as snot(snot being at term well suited to the Clintons)

This is a federal case. State laws are irrelevant.
