You notice that he always starts by looking down or away? They say this guy is a great speaker but he really isn’t. He can barely look at who he’s talking to. He’s good at faking “preacher talk” when he’s reading a teleprompter but otherwise he has a terrible time just formulating sentences.

Rush had an audio of something similar from a town hall forum he was at and Limbaugh closed his show playing the nine minutes of this fumbling and mumbling ,and not so articulate lack of ability to speak directly from ones heart . He thinks very carefully about the political correctness of what he's saying and talking and thinking at the same time is very awkward for him .
