It has never been legal to marry a 15 year old in Texas if you (general, conversational "you") already have 4 "wives." I never said it was, but I bet it wasn't illegal until the Feds passed a law against it.
Now that Gay marriages are becoming more common how long do you think it will be before bygamy is legal once again?

I never said it was . . . Then your statement in #85, "Texas Law said that it was ok to marry 15 year olds," was a non-sequitur.
