There are two questions that spring to mind:

1. Who filed this lawsuit? Sounds to me most likely like a diehard Hillary supporter.

2. Has the filer obtained a copy of Obama’s birth certificate? If so, then this could be interesting. If not, this will quickly fizzle.

Three things are at issue here

1. Jurisdiction
2. Damages
3. Proof

The onus regarding the latter is squarely placed on the plaintiff. The defendant doesn't have to do anything with repsect to proof.
