According to Puffer, this Philip Berg guy is a lefty Dem media showhog). See here1 and here2. He has gotten big press in the past when he's sued Republicans. But the Obamedia may not want to take him seriously today.
Besides just checking back at TexasDarlin', I'd check the local Philly media (like the Philadelphia Inquirer) -- and maybe the back pages of the local media at that -- unless maybe the guys at Fox decide to air it.

Obama couldn’t ask for a better person to be filing such a lawsuit. This guy is nuts. If republicans had a pair, they’d file their own set of lawsuits.
