There is no big mystery to this, the fact is Disney is in the tank for the ‘Rats, leftists, liberals and homos, and that is why anything critical of the Clinton/Gore regime is deep-sixed and/or put on ice.

According to Ziegler, Disney’s executives believed their liberal bona fides were so strong that they never suspected they’d be accused of a right-wing hit job and were “totally shocked” when Clinton’s camp complained.

I'm not sure why Disney even produced it. Oh, right, they wanted profits. I guess in the end money does trump politics in corporate America, not that there's anything wrong with that.
