For the life of me, I just don’t understand why people make a big deal out of who speaks at the convention.
In fact, why do we care who we elect to represent us to pass laws and tax us?
Pro-Abortion Republican National Convention:
Joe Lieberman, Rudy Giuliani, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Laura Bush
Just another thing to hold against McCain, I suppose. Rudy is one of the top speakers the GOP has and has huge star power. Seems like the most logical choice. If he were the VP pick, I could understand people being spun up. But keynote speaker is the perfect role for Rudy.

Because people watch television.
