McCain has contempt for conservatives, we all know that. But he's apparently become aware that he can't win without us, so he's hammering on the two issues on which he (mostly) agrees with us--abortion and the war against Islamofascism. Once he's sure of us, he'll be back to advocating shamnesty and his socialist economic policies (anti-big-oil, etc.).
A conservative VP pick would help me overcome my nausea enough to vote for him.
