Pretty bold statement given the attack ad Obama is running in Florida.
Is Obama inviting McCain to have a townhall meeting in front of the VFW?
“has served in the military. I think that’s important.”
For Vets - that sums it up why few would vote for him and the report last week that active military were siding with Obama were false.
Bingo!
Just love how UH-bama wants to "Bring a responsible end to the war in Iraq."
AND...
Go to his website to "read the plan" since he can't say what it is in public.
He doesnt know hes dealing with an egotistical bluffer, whose whole persona is a confabulation of Other People stolen cool? Hes an Abby Normal construct of a politician...Stealing from JFK, MLK, Wright, Lincoln, etc...Hes a Mojo vampire.
Above my pay grade!...When was he *ever* employed or worked in any job that he dealt with pay grade level responsibilities?? What a load! He stole the line because he thought it would make him sound cool, and like he had military/executive level...chops.
If you took away everything from his personality and his speeches, his polies, and his cool that he stole from *OTHER PEOPLE*...Thered be nuthin much left.
I believe Obama said several months ago that he would debate Mc Cain anywhere, anytime. Like this hallow statement, I guess he means anything but face to face debates.
Mr. Obama is a thin-skinned dilettante who doesn’t know that politics is a blood sport.
He’s not tough enough to run a Steak & Ale.
Yup, ORAG, he said that in May, 2008.
Good catch.
It was the weather that dampened the O's turnout. Yeah, that's the ticket!
Pretty funny as this c**t is afraid to debate McCain.
The historical record speaks for itself:
Hehehehehe...
Sam Compton, an Air Force veteran who served in Vietnam, said Obama "seems to be talking out of both sides of his mouth"
Seems?!
Is Obamasiah seeing dead people again?
“Fewer VFW members attended Obama’s remarks than McCain’s - due at least partly to heavy rain and hurricane and tornado threats. “
Right. Let’s blame the rain.
“Fewer VFW members attended Obama’s remarks than McCain’s - due at least partly to heavy rain and hurricane and tornado threats.”
He He He
Bad grammar too.
“Hes not tough enough to run a Steak & Ale.”
I think the Steak & Ale chain went out of business. Hopefully Obama will also be soon out of business.
Senator Obama received a chilly reception during a recent speech at the VFW Post. The audience, mostly older, white and male seemed dour and unmoved by the senator's inspiring words. Members of the audience remarked later about their reservations for the first black candidate for president.
That sounds like McCain won't be permitted to challenge his political opponent on his policies and views, because ANY statement by McCain (especially those too painfully close to home for Obama) will be construed as ‘personal’ attacks. Pardon me for noticing, but isn't political campaigning by definition, a matter of candidates challenging each other's positions? How is it a personal attack on Obama if McCain accurately revisits Obama’s own statements??? Explain this please.
True leaders don't seek out affirmation from others.
Comments like this make Obambi look very weak.
