Its nothing more than “be careful what you wish for”. You wanted harsh policies against illegals, you got them here. Now you have burqas on the street. Ouch. That kinds of nails it. These jobs needed to be filled and it's tough to find American citizens who are willing to do this crappy job for the same money they can make working in an air-conditioned Wal-Mart or GAP.
For the life of me, I can't figure out why we don't have a guest-worker program for this type of job.
