There were a number of articles, none posted here, addressing the Koser status of the plant (that involves a lot more than a 2 cent certificate) and there were no problems with the status of their observance. Christian or Muslim butchers or employees isn't a factor, nor would be illegals in that sense.
A number of people have advocated not buying their product because of the violations of employment laws, but that's a secular issue. And a good idea, imo. I'm sure there are some, but I doubt there are many observant Jews doing their own slaughter.

The Jewish Community which got involved here were leftists concerned with unionization and human rights. They were idiots. The upshot was deportation and Islamists.
The OU certified this plant’s kashrut. Human rights are not part of the Kashrut certification.
