There's a lot to read, if you care to take the time, but it explains what is happening and how it's being done. And my guess is that the problems Shelbyville is dealing with are the same in the other towns this is happening to.

The owners of Tyson are the lowest of the low, and have no value in this life other than operating as cheaply as possible and maximizing their short term profits. Companies such as that working with the open borders, half-wits in the State Department and this is the sort of result we get.
