this CSPAN link. It's a barfer. Not a lot of applause for the Arrogant One, except for when he talked about increasing benefits and the like. He tried to talk tough, and look tough; he even spent a fair amount of time pounding on the podium to underscore how tough he is.
But he's still an empty suit.
