Inaccurate, as of about 5 minutes ago. They are saying Tom Ridge is out of the running. Good. I'm from Pennsylvania. Ridge started out well, but folded like a cheap tent when the Dems in the legislature dug in their heals.

there are alot of moderates who like Lieberman alot. He’s very strong on terror obviously and well liked in his state.

I don’t think the abortion issue with the VP is important, but I’m perplexed as to what else Lieberman brings to the ticket.

After watching him for, lo, these many decades, the rational person never presumes to know McCain's mind until after he's actually done something. In fact, with his state of mental deterioration, McCain doesn't know what he stands for from moment to moment.

I believe Ridge blasted McCain for "questioning Obama's patriotism." If so, I think you can count him out of the running for VP.

I can't tell who is trying harder to lose this year - McCain or Obama? If McCain picks a pro-choice running mate, he will succeed in snatching defeat from the jaws of victory...
