Fineman is wrong. Sibelius has been close to the Obama campaign for months, lots of pics with Obama, lots of campaign work, pretty much full time.

Biden shoots off his mouth too much and foreign affairs credentials.... If Obama wants that for his campaign, he just announces Biden as his nominee for Secretary of State.

Privately, many Republicans biggest fear of Hillary was that she would get lots of Republican women crossovers.
