We have a software system at work that's SCO.
I've been looking for a replacement for it for years. Trouble is, it's a good piece of software.

This stupid lawsuit inhibited technical and commercial progress for the last five or six years or so and we are all poorer because of it.
It's things like this that show how badly we need loser pay provisions and more flexibility for judges to dismiss obvious frivolous suits. This thing was obviously frivolous five years ago.

Has anyone tracked down how SCO has been funded for the past few years? It's primary reason for existance has been to promote this lawsuit.
