Isn’t murdering these people against the Geneva Convention or “unconstitutional” or something?Why in the world would drug cartels observe the niceties of armed conflict? Not to mention they're non-uniformed combatants (except for the Mexican army, where applicable), so the Geneva conventions don't apply.
