What can we freepers do to help the marine being the first charged in a civil court of essentially 'war crimes'? Who is the PA and Judge that allows this farce? Where can I find petitions to sign. I have already called my congress critters.

THAT is patently false and a direct assault on our military’s ability to wage war.
I don’t believe there is anything that can be done outside of the Federal Government intervening. Equating war actions with criminal actions should never have happened and I don’t understand how it developed, or was even allowed to go this far. If Nazario committed a crime while in the military he should have been recalled and tried at a court martial. Sounds like the civilian courts are over reaching.
It isn’t always possible to take prisoners in war. Civilians, especially the liberal left, don’t understand that unless in involves murdering the unborn or just born babies.

Hiya Lily. Hopefully the judge will throw this out for lack of the prosecution being able to show there was a crime.
