"you don't believe this story either"

Well, the Examiner article above confirms what I have already told you. The story starts at the #DongGO blog and was written by Collier. If you google him, you can see the many places on the internet he posted the article.

Then Maulkin picked it up. Then WND picked it up. Now the Examiner has picked it up. Do you understand that the Examiner is fringe just like Maulkin and WND.

So what is the credibility. Carter and Maulkin acknowledge that CLNC is a different company from Mesa Power. Or Mesa Petroleum. Or Mesa Water.

But then they say that what benefits CLNC also benefits Pickens' other companies.

That is just not true.

So, can you or Maulkin, or Collier show how it benefits Mesa Power? Besides just saying that it does.

CLNE is a cog in Pickens’$6 billion plan to build a massive wind farm in west Texas

That's a quote from the above article. Are you saying that, according to your well-placed sources, that is false?

CLNC has nothing to do with windpower. CLNC is a retailer of Compressed Natural Gas as a transportation fuel, mainly for fleet vehicles.

And in California, and the reason that Pelosi bought stock in CLNC, there are about 8000 junker shuttle trucks hauling containers between the ports and the inland ports that will be replaced with new, CNG fueled trucks.

Maybe you should tell that to T. Boone Pickens. He thinks they do go together.

From: http://www.pickensplan.com/theplan/

We currently use natural gas to produce 22% of our electricity. Harnessing the power of wind to generate electricity will give us the flexibility to shift natural gas away from electricity generation and put it to use as a transportation fuel

I bet one is more lucrative than the other.

Regulation of one vs. market prices for the other.

something stinks in Denmark and it has a Texas drawl.

The more wind, coal, and nuclear you use to gen electricity, the less gas you use.

Panhandle/South Plains Loop Project

Keep in mind that the HL Hunt family controls Sharyland and in Texas the HL Hunt Family is a much bigger dog than T. Boone Pickens.

Agreed. So why do you believe that wind power has nothing to do with using natural gas as vehicle fuel? That is the justification given by the Pickens Plan.

I've been following this. I was very disappointed with ERCOT's decision not to upgrade to 765 kV. In my opinion, the 345 kV is a short-sided decision by folks who have fought against 765 kV in ERCOT for far too many years.

Because I don't share his enthusiasm for CNG as a transportation fuel for the masses. But, it should be expanded for fleets and stationaries.I don't think that I am alone it that. It would appear to me that plug-ins is what the consumers will want.

But that doesn't mean that everything in the Pickens Plan is not worthwhile.

“It is difficult to imagine a more unlikely pair of investors than House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Texas oilman T. Boone Pickens.”

Are you kidding? All the global elite are in bed with each other.
