And when it comes to the Genesis account, the Bible is very straightforward about the creation days, and the chronologies.

Like where it says that God found it not good that man was alone so he created animals for Adam's company ...

You can teach it in the religious classes. Just keep it out of the science classes.

ummmm your peers have been through this and quickly found that because godless liberals say so just won’t cut the mustard anymore.

And calling creationism religious teachings, just because you say it is...IS ALSO A QUITE FAILED TACTTIC BY NOW.

Uh, you have been reading too much from creationwiki.com. They did NOT adjust science to fit the Bible but to fit the evidence presented. Much like the scientists adjusted from the sun revolving around the earth to the earth revolving around the sun to fit the new evidence.

Here is another good one.

Check out the Institute for Creation Research website! (excerpts below).

They are doing pure apologetics, not science.

Tenets of Scientific Creationism

We should present alternate ideas in the religious classes also?

Happens every day all day long...from Bible school to religious studies courses...

What on earth gave you the idea that religion has been hijacked by godless liberals or that people with ideas are sued into silence just like science, history, journalism, law, politics and so on?

godless liberals have the freedom to interject ideas all they want and do so to the point they’ve created all kinds of cults like scientology!

Honestly, there’s no telling what godless liberals have filled young heads with these days!

Don’t you agree that the alternate theory that the ID’er is not God but some alien from outer space be presented in Sunday school? After all, we want our children to know both sides ...

I must have missed it. Can you point me to the warning?

Sanity looks insane and insanity looks sane.

I suppose science is just like religion when you come into it looking at it from your own understanding.

As evidenced by godless liberalism and the sheer havoc it has reeked on society!

#4 is what seals the deal for me...even if you guys are doing everything within your being to force people to take a second peek at that!

You really do believe we evolved from apes?

Belief has nothing to do with it. In fact, as Heinlein noted, "Belief gets in the way of learning."

The current evidence shows that both we and modern apes evolved from a common ancestor. The most recent common ancestor of humans and chimps was about six million years ago. Other common ancestors, such as between humans and Old World or New World monkeys, were much earlier.

The evidence for this is overwhelming.

No. Scientists accept that people are fallible. Why do you try to misrepresent the facts.

LOL! Scientists just don’t accept that SCIENTISTS are fallable...that would be the “objective” godless liberal scientists that demand evolution and only evolution be taught that can only stand if other ideas are censored, and hijack the law to enforce their views to program the masses in their godless hot air algoreacle cult.

Say maybe you can direct me to a godless liberal outfit that has done this nation some good through their objectivity?

But I’m not getting the popcorn out after the Genesis wet paper bag incident...in fact...I gotta get me some beauty sleep!

Oh, but they DO. Why do you persist in trying to misrepresent (smear) scientists?

I feel truly sorry for you.

This EXACT scenario happened in our Sunday school.

A child asked that question and the fact is we don’t know...IF you would read Genesis in the manner you were warned once already, you can plainly see God said “we made man...” and so on. I assume this means the angels, but I very well could be wrong. I also know as I grow old and wiser and if it’s God’s will, He’ll inform me through His loving spirit.

We promote freedom. In Sunday school, in science class. ALL.

This is the difference between you and me.

You were programmed in a godless environment of fear and I wasn’t. A loving kind genuine caring church atmosphere where people CAN bring up ideas just like that! We bounce around ideas like this all the time, and NEVER feel so insecure that we need to control others much less censor them!

You have a profound misunderstanding of Christianity I suspect because you’ve simply not been in the proper environment and I’d seriously try and find a place to get your head around some reality! More importantly, just some new perspective!

I keep hearing how smart and open minded and objective you are...seriously how UNfascist you all are and how we are the REAL fascists and so on...

if this is true, you would certainly learn the truth even in a so-called loving Christ centered church that yoiu see as the enemy of science! The Truth bears itself out! You can either confirm your (mis)beliefs about Christianity and God and grow one way or another, or keep embarassing yourself to no end and stay bitter about that which you so plainly don’t understand.

Otherwise, I can tell from your tone already, anger and bitterness will plague you the rest of your days!

Belief has nothing to do with it.

that’s some very VERY heavy delusion to penetrate...

you either believe God or you don’t believe it.

You eiother believe we came from monkeys or we didn’t.

The evidence is there were monkeys and there were men, but there’s nothing to suggest we came from the same ancestor. We could just as easily take this all the way back as far as the fossil record allows us to and see two separate species...monkeys and ancient man.

godless liberals...the censors...it’s not a smear, it’s called exposure.

You’re late to the party, but in essence, we see it in all walks of godless liberal life.

Like Heinz-KErry calling it a smear or swiftboating when the truth about him came out...like throwing his medals over the fence.

It’s how godless liberals work...

I’m learning it’s impossible to see when you’re angry at God.

I've seen the evidence. You are incorrect.

Good night for now.

Scientists wouldn’t be bleeding off of evolution and leaving the dark side.

Good night.
