I heard a Congressman say this on a local talkshow. He invited people to come to the Republican Cloakroom, and they could be excorted in to the Chamber.
Was it very difficult to get on the Capitol Tour in the first place? I am thinking of driving to DC on Wednesday.
It was only a two hour wait.
