Wow again! Another display of more kooky and utterly confused thinking. Let's abolish all laws against drug use, prostitution, gambling, bestiality, incest, etc. etc. because morons such as yourself claim that:

A) “people are going to do what they are going to do”

Truthfully those three I could live with...the others you mentioned not so much. We spend way too much money on drug enforcement and prostitution that we can’t afford.
