In Kaliforniastan we actually got rid of a judge like this, they have to stand for election and reelection. If incumbent it's yes or no, majority yes to stay on the bench.

I think their case would be stronger if they were simply trying to end the child support rather than gain full custody of the child.

As I understand it...this poor "child" has been traumatized and is losing sleep due to nightmares. How much more stress and trauma will this child cause this young man.....er boy?

Where are all the guys who think this 15 year old “got lucky” now? I thought sex between a teenage boy and an older woman wasn’t the least bit traumatic? At least that’s what I’ve heard. Seems not so true in this case.
