If you read the article where the person from Hawaii was interviewed she did not say that his was authentic. The one on the web has been proven to be likely false.

The State of Hawaii has publicly said that the birth certificate on Obama’s website is authentic.
They haven't said that it was valid. They say the law doesn't allow them to do that. But you can bet if they knew it was a forgery they would have absolutely no comments whatsoever. They wouldn't want any blowback on their department.

Instead their spokesman has said the controversy is "pretty ridiculous".
