The burden does not lie on her to produce the authentic document. That is Barrack Obama’s responsibility. She cannot be held responsible for Obama lying to the public or posting a fake COLB. She could not be held responsible for someone else's fraudulent activities, unless she was party to perpetrating the fraud - such as helping to falsify the BC or COLB.
