Well, he did put an end, ir at least a huge dent, in the Russian Mafia. He ran on a law and order platform, seeing that, I can believe hoe they put him into office. The thing is, they are either so stupid or desperate, they got rid of one set of thugs for another, and these thugs are ten times worse.
