During that time, I was basically a kid and I didn't have a computer, my only source for information was CNN and network news. LOL I didn't find out about Cheney until the night before.

The media was forcing GWB to pick someone with “gravitas”.. Richard Cheney was surprising to me, but much welcomed. Obama’s choice may turn this election, although I can't think of anyone who is a positive for him.
