The only reason he’d have to pick her now...is that the statistical guys told him there is no way he can overcome McCain in 100 days. The sad thing is that he’s then stuck with her for the next eight years...and probably going to be the most miserable individual that ever served the office. He’ll constantly see Bill come in and remark about how things used to be...then he’ll have Hillary pushing for various programs.
I suspect that this story is simply a “plant” by Hillary’s folks...to bring him down a notch when he announces someone else. Her strategy is to make him lose so she can arise by 2012 and beat McCain (which I am humble in the assumption that it would be very possible).
Nope. His lack of AKC papers will save his life, he doesn't have to die to get kicked out of office, only to be ruled ineligible to hold that office.
And he's good until 1/21/11...
