Okay. Okay.
But it is just amazing to me how FR is full of posts claiming that the MSM is biased, doesn't tell the truth, favors Obama and the RATS, etc., etc. And I don't disagree. But when this dude, who is a Russian, makes a similar observation, we slam him. One thing I have observed is that most Russian immigrants to the US I have met are staunchly pro-American, support George Bush, and understand the reality of how fortunate they are to have escaped tyrrany. Maybe this guy is a kook. Maybe he is a commie plant. But he sounds like just a regular guy to me who has family over there, and as I said, things are not always as they seem. Just scratching my head here - not pointing fingers. I am just not ready to believe everything I have been spoonfed by the MSM, and I am willing to give this photographer the benefit of a doubt, that's all.

But when this dude, who is a Russian, makes a similar observation, we slam him. The fact that he omitted that he was a Russian national in this posting removes his credibility. He had a potential bias to begin with, and his failure to reveal that turned it from a potential bias into an actual one.

I do understand that point. And you are right, the media is biased, unless they are agreeing with what we think. haha That point is valid on your part.
And I would be inclined to believe it more if Russia wasn’t still in Georgia, still moving troops across the area that has nothing to do with the South Ossetians, just today threatened to NUKE Poland for daring to allow the US a defense system in that area...
See, had Russia only defended the people it claimed were attacked, I would be not so ready to believe the media. But given what I have said above, I do not find Russia as the victim here. As Daniel Usenko has implied.

Have you looked at the Goergian side, how the communists, after taking downs Georgia's ability to respond by hitting their IT infrastructure, bombarded teh media with lies about a "genocide"?
Most people in the West think Georgia started this, by invading Ossetia to unify the country. That isn't true. They responded to ongoing and attacks by Ossetians and Russian "peacekeepers".

(I stand with Georgia against the Kremlin's Russian irredentism and Soviet revanchism.)
