Wasn’t there a million dollar offer made (perhaps by one of the authors) if someone could actually discredit the arguments of the Swifties? I seem to remember that Kerry claimed they should send it to some charity because they were untrue but that was the end of his rebuttal.
T. Boone Pickens made that offer. Some tried for the million, but T. Boone says they haven’t met his criteria:
