I think the Mods should let them stay for a month or so, pending their adherence to not using profanity on here, so that we may debate them on a completely free platform. If we were to go on the Huffington Post or DU, we would most certainly be banned before an anti-Obama post has been up for one hour.
They would have the opportunity to prove Obama’s credentials (whatever they might be), and maybe explain why they’re voting for him.
The Huffington Post isn’t that bad if my experience is any indication, at least insofar as banning people goes. (The comments there tend so empty and hate filled that it makes FreeRepublic look like a university debate by comparison, however.) The premoderation they do on blog comments can make having any real conversations with people impossible, though.
Please. It would prove once and for all that there is a God. Let them stick around and allow me to use my God given talents to humiliate them.
Yes, I read stuff at Daily Kos once in a while, and I’ve seen commenters admonishing other commenters not to say anything in favor of a Republican candidate (like PUMAs talking about how they’d vote for McCain if Hilary didn’t get the nomination). Apparently this sort of free thought is forbidden and gets you banned.
It’s pretty much a one note orchestra over there. You can’t read a reasoned debate or consider another viewpoint. How liberal!
