As he works diligently on behalf of John McCain, Fred Zeidman expects the Arizona senator to break records.
I believe he is going to get unprecedented Jewish support, said the vice chair of Jewish outreach at the Republican National Committee. Hopefully, 40 percent.
If Jews do support the presumptive Republican candidate at that level, it would top the 24 percent of the Jewish vote George W. Bush received in 2004, not to mention the 39 percent that Ronald Reagan won in 1980.
Am I happy about this number? No, not necessarily, said Zeidman, a Houston venture capitalist and former top fund-raiser for President Bush in the Jewish community. But I think its a great number for our community.

If John McCain chooses Eric Cantor as his running mate, it’ll definitely happen!
The number will probably go up, as a function of mistrust, and to a lesser extent economic and terror policies. My opinion only, but I doubt a Jewish VP will have a large impact by itself.
If the Jewish community cannot figure out that Obama is an American hating Muslim, then ...
Then ... what?
I don't think he's a Muslim.
Never said he took his faith seriously. Though he may, liberation theology isn’t exactly mainstream Christianity. The Marxist influence would normally be expected to show itself when he’s in power.
More important to keep baby killing, homo marriage, and pornography alive and well than defend the state of Israel. How pathetic is this?
Somewhere between 24 and 39 would be a nice percentage for McCain to draw from the Jewish vote. It’ll be another voting bloc where Obama will under-perform the average Democrat and McCain will do better than the average Republican.
This is a big reason, IMHO, that Barack Obama is not running strongly in a number of states that supported Al Gore and John Kerry.
Another secret I heard about Obama he speaks fluent arabic.....
He also seems to be running overstrong in states like NJ and WA and in a few southern states which he still has no chance of winning. May be why the national vote is so funny.
I am liking Eric more and more. I want to be sure he doesn’t weaken VA though. I was concerned by the last poll.
He’s listed as a Muslim on his school admittance sheet. Just saw a video report on it (CBS) on youtube.
He’s also listed as an Indonesian citizen, and uses his stepfather’s last name (Soetero?)
This is a legit video; they go interview folks at his two old Indonesian school and everything.
Romney still makes a lot of sense. His father, George, was well respected by the Jewish community in Michigan when he was governor for three terms. The fact that he was a Mormon was a non-issue, as it was when Mitt was governor of Massachusetts.
Zeidman's prediction that McCain will get 40% of the Jewish vote might be on the conservative side. The reason has as much or more to do with "Osama" Obama's black radical and Arab terrorist associations than with McCain himself.
I wouldn't be surprised, since Arabic is the holy language for Moslems, and Obama attended an Islamic school (albeit in Indonesia) as a youngster.
However, Obama's fluency in Arabic wouldn't be the turnoff to Jewish voters, but rather his friendships with and endorsements by Arabs of a terrorist bent and his willingness to appease the likes of Hamas and Hezbollah.
Thanks justiceseeker93.
I’d like to see the poll (I’m not doubting, just curious).
what the heck is wrong with the other 60%?!
I pray that Jews see beyond their left delusions.
