Bill Clinton is a horny dog even when sober - no alcohol needed, he'll mount anything, alive or dead, that he thinks might possibly be female, or might once have been female..... I wouldn't be surprised if he rubs up against furniture and lamp posts..... if you're not careful he'll try to hump your leg just like any salivating pooch.
