Barack Hussein Obama II is most likely not his legal name, rather it is Barry Soetoro, the name on his Birth Certificate.

After reaching age 18, he would have had to legally change his name to BHO. There is no public record in Hawaii that he ever did that and so far it hasn’t been found in any other states, either.

This seems like a potential way out of a terrible legal spot for Senator Obama.
