This race is over, it's just a matter of how big McCain's victory will be. And if he has any coattails. Right now I've got the gop losing 5 in the senate, maybe holding or gaining a few in the house if their house renegades continue to stand tough.

It's not quite over yet because the mainstream media will do everything they can to breath new life into Obama's campaign and I'm wondering if we are going to see an August Surpise, not from McCain but from Clinton, to snatch the nomination away from him.

Re your post #2, I agree. When I hear Obama I think of Dukakis, McGovern, and Mondale. He might carry New York, California, and Illinois. Good luck with the rest.
A domestic terror attack or an international crisis close to the election would even put those states at risk for BO.

McCain has never been ahead of the polls nor above 50%. It aint over. 2000 was a butterfly ballot away from Democrat victory and this could be as well.
