Another thread mentioned that the threatening letters written by supporters of He-Whose-Middle-Name-Must-Not-Be-Mentioned to Republican donors could be a violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1985(3), a.k.a. the Klan Act. I wonder if this would be covered by it too. It would be certainly ironic if the King of Change's supporters got convicted under the Klan Act.
