IMO he’s not a citizen but nobody in a position to do anything seems to care.
The left cares. They want the precedent. It will come out after a year or two of a Hussein O’Bama presidency. The Demo legislature will formalize it. The O’Bama Court will declare that clause in the Constitution to mean that foreigners are eligible so long as they say they are Americans based on a law passed in the Tuvalu parliament.
