Hillary’s flying monkeys are everywhere. Don’t you think the Clinton hit squad would have found this out and used it to nuke Obama before he captured the nomination?

I think the answer is highly politically-incorrect, and, quite frankly, I need to be careful about how I phrase it because I don't want to get in trouble with the moderators here at FR.

But my guess is that "The Powers That Be" feel that if Obama were disqualified on a technicality, then the African-American [Black] community would just explode, with multiple outbursts around the nation akin to the Rodney King riots, and the Clintons probably felt that if they were seen as being responsible for the disqualification of Obama [on a technicality], then their careers in politics would be finished.

So I think the Clintons are trying to get someone else - namely those dastardly GOP operatives, who swift-boated John Kerry, and Willy-Hortoned Michael Dukakis - to get the disqualification movement going, and then the idea is that, at the very last moment, Hillary would ride in on a white horse as the Democrat savior:
