translates.....The enormous request, when you will lay out them somewhere in the network, mention not only the authorship of Arkady [Babchenko], but also that the fact that they belong to almanac the skill of war (http://www.navoine.ru). You will make a in a human manner good deed, if about our [veteranskom] publication they recognize as much as possible people

It was reported earlier today that Russian had hacked the Georgian governments web site. A group here in the US has offered to put their information on their site but also is having problems with being hacked.

“The Russian hackers got the pics down.”
I wouldn’t be surprised. PBS did a segment tonight on MAJOR cyber attacks against Georgia.

Troops from the Chechen Vostok Battalion.
Near as I can tell it appears these pics were taken by somebody with the Vostok Bn.

I'm guessing this is the same unit picking over a destroyed Georgian convoy.

A little input on these pics would be nice. I think it is yet the same unit picking over more destroyed/abandoned vehicles. Now, I'm guessing that pile of equipment you see in the foreground is NOT just gear. If you notice they are pulling stuff off the ground, inspecting it and putting some off to the side (i.e. boots).

Nothing but bandwidth exceeded icons." Do a "view source" scroll down the page to the image links, and copy the link to your address line. So far, I don't see much but traffic.
