It’s a trick. They’ll find a way to bottle it up somehow or make it unpalatable to conservatives with ridiculous amendments.
Anybody that thinks she is going to bring a “CLEAN” bill to the floor is a fool.
I hope they don’t do anything, better to have the issue.
In a way, the GOP might go a bit TOO far and actually scare the Dems into doing something by November.

Dittos! Any drilling package brought to the floor by the democrat party will be laden with pork, provisions for amnesty, enactment of the Fairness Dogma, termination of the Defense of Marriage Act, etc. The act won’t just have just one poison pill, it will be lousy with them. Even if it gets out of the House, the senate will laugh it into oblivion.
Of course it could come to pass that only one poison pill will be attached. The fun will be in watching how the pill is selected. The queers, the illegals, the communists, all will be in full throat trying to be the chosen one.

I don’t suppose the astute Larry King asked her about her personal financial state in renewable resource companies, which would benefit her if she can sway Congress toward funding said companies (like her “wind farm”)? Naw... silly quetion.

Anyone who thinks Pelosi will permit a legitimate (that is, honest) vote on drilling is kidding himself. It would be some sort of monstrous betrayal of the American people, like that offered by the “Gang of ten”, laden with such pork to peoples home states and with prohibitions against drilling withing 1000 miles of any living thing....you get the picture. It’s a phoney statement from a thug politician.
Blinked???..I don’t see her calling the House back into session. This looks a lot like it’s just a head fake to me.
...with the American people wanting DRILL HERE DRILL NOW PAY LESS and watching the rats could wind up losing votes come November
