No, not terrorists.....just badly mislead for political reasons and old long held grudges against Georgians because the Georgians view them as Russian sympathizers and they can't seem to get along or get over it since 1921.
The Russians use this fact and keep them stirred up for their own reasons.
They are Good people, but they are being used as pawns in a much larger game.
