The notorious "techdude" analysis is revealed as so much hot air, but that has not stopped the spread of theories about what Barack Obama may have to hide.
The "forensic specialist" failed to deliver the purported hidden name on the purported Obama birth certificate. But the presidential candidate continues to stonewall on producing an actual document, and a horde of bloggers and amateur sleuths are hot on his tail and the trail for elusive Soetoro or Obama documents has not yet gone cold.
As Israel Insider reported, several bloggers rushed and vied to take exclusive credit for the breaking news that the identity of the image supposed used to fabricate Obama's suspect Certificate of Live Birth image was none other than his sister Maya Soetoro. Leaving aside the implausibility of how such artifacts could have survived the photoshopping process, throughout the land and over the seas, bloggers and forensic specialists alike opened their image editing software and tried to discern a name where the self-proclaimed expert named Techdude claimed it would be. Israel Insider was from the outset skeptical about this latest "discovery" although we dutifully reported the sensational "claim".
Indeed, despite promises of a final, final, final report, Techdude didn't deliver the goods, leaving a bunch of blogs with virtual egg, or worse, on their faces. He is now reportedly "unavailable."
To their credit, the sponsoring blogger who "broke" the latest crock 'fessed up, but then went on to move on to the next big things about the less than immaculate Birth of Obama and the documentation or lack thereof that surrounds that blessed and mysterious event. The smell is not necessarily of myrrh and frankincense.
The latest assaults on the murky citizenship status of the Senator and Presidential candidate are focused on several separate initiatives. One focuses on the issue of allegedly double or even triple citizenship that Obama may to possess as the result of the foreign origin of his presumed Kenyan birth father and that of his Indonesian step-father, Lolo Soetoro, both Muslims.
It has been suggested that the reason Obama is reluctant to publish his actual birth certificate is that the name that appears on it is Barry Soetoro, which raised all kinds of question about whether his name was ever changed. There's also the question of whether Barry acquired citizenship in one or more of his paternal homelands, and whether he continues to be a foreign national in one or both.
There are reports -- unconfirmed and largely from the same coterie that produced the Techdude fiasco -- that either Republicans or Clinton operatives have scoured the hinterlands of Indonesia, Kenya, and even Pakistan -- where Obama is alleged to have entered using a non-American passport.
Another front is the legal one, with several private initiatives in various states to petition the responsible authorities to demand that Obama produce a paper birth certificate as a condition for being on the ballot of state electors.
Meanwhile, there are reports that the "un-American" nature of Obama's background, and his dubious allegiance with radical Muslim elements, was in fact a source of acute discord within the Clinton campaign, with Hillary resisting efforts to questioning her opponents patriotism and Americanism, although in the end, influenced by advisors and her husband, she agreed to take a harder edge.
Meanwhile, yet another front as opened up as a strong attack video shows Obama in 2006 mocking the Bible -- Deuteronomy, Leviticus, and the Sermon on the Mount -- and argues that Obama himself is an alien to the Judeo-Christian tradition -- that his speech reveals him, not just the Reverend Wright, as anti-Jewish and anti-Christ. Islam, not surprisingly, is spared his mockery.
As things stand, with the Democratic Convention opening in two weeks, it seems that the furor over Obama's murky origins and Muslim connections is not going away anytime soon. Meanwhile, "Barry Soetoro" is returning to his alleged origins in Hawaii, and there are not a few pundits who are claiming that his vacation destination was selected so that he could somehow produce a legitimate birth certificate, by hook or by crook.
Israel Insider will continue to follow these developments, as the potential selection of Obama as a nominee and potential future president portends a potential sea change in US-Israel relations, his sugared recent visit to the Holy Land notwithstanding. But we will seek facts and proof with a reinforced sense of skepticism, even as the doubts continue to grow as Obama fails to produce credible paper proof of his natural born citizenship status.

It will be interesting if Techdude reemrges to defend his work.
When are you going to apologize to the Freeper community for the nasty and vile flaming you pursued over this hoax?
Shove it in your ear. The only hoax is Obama’s COLB. It is a forgery, 100% pure.
It is a forgery. That is a fact. Techdude wasn’t the only guy to examine these docs. Even many of techdude’s detractors believe it is a forgery.
If Obama wanted to produce a phony birth certificate in Hawaii the worst thing he could do is to go to Hawaii and raise suspicion.
Is that a dead duck or a cooked goose?
Anyone here think this might be a Hillary “August surprise”?
O’Bama’s birth certificate is as phony as the moon walk.
Hillary’s supporters are working it hard. Not sure Hil will get involved directly. She’ll want to blame it on us freepers. LOL
Well, whatever happens, it’s gonna be a hoot!!
Correction!
Being a loyal FReeper does not make Me any more guilty of mis-representation any more than me getting credit when a freeper get’s it right!
Leave me out of this, right or wrong!
‘Us freepers’ can mean any subset of freepers. There is no uniformity of opinion here in any way shape or form about any subject.
Never, I hope. Not when Techdude withdrew because of physical threats and bullying. The article fails to mention that minor point.

Apparently he does think that. Which is AOK with me, but I’m not going to worry about hurting people’s feeling because they don’t like the subject matter.
Don't agree with that. I think Freepdom has a uniform opinion on un-banning Lazamataz. The jury may be still out on A+Bert.
