Yes, I am aware he has passed on to the great casino in the sky. I would rather see/hear someone sitting at a table at halftime playing his records, than listen to Bruce Springsteen.
I can think of one entertainer from Jersey that I would like to listen to..... He was a fluke -- he was to Jersey what a winning lottery ticket is to a welfare mom. His talent and charisma were so outsized that they raised the level of personality for the entire state on average, rendering everything since, a disappointment.
