Sadly, it’s true. There was a book about this story and fraud, and an episode of Law and Order about it also. Now that I know more about Hunter’s father, I know more about Edwards too. There’s no way he didn’t know about Ms. Hunter’s smarmy father. Probably identified with him easily.

Actually this was used by Dick Francis in one of his books. I wonder if he was talking about these cases. He used to winter in Florida.
Actually they use to put an electric cord in the water bucket, or just set the barns on fire using the hay as the fire starter. I have shown horses for over 50 years and I can tell you some horror stories of what I have seen these greedy, creepy people do for money. Sometimes they would inject the horse with a tremendous dose of insulin or delta cortef (which will give them a heart attack and is untracable. I have seen it all..And... I remember this Druck guy very well...I didn't know he was the father of Edward's Bimbo..
