It has to do in part with the synching code that resembles the bar coding for 6. I think it is the first, middle, and end bar code sequence.

Its not exactly TMOtB but it is a way of tracking people and they believe they will be rounded up and forced to take the actual mark. I think the article gets this fact mixed up.
