Yes I was wondering as to why school was starting so early, my wife(a 2nd grade teacher) and kids don’t go back until the 25th.

The 25th is still too early, but that’s a lot better than the 11th. Summer vacation is when a lot of peoples’ fondest memories are made. Stealing a whole month of it is ridiculous.
