You’re fooling yourself. John McCain won’t stop the death of a single child. He’s not pro-life and he’s been blocking pro-life legislation for years. He’s not going to change his stripes now.

And, in fact, with folks like yourself shilling for him and compromising away all principle, you’re going to open the floodgates for the Left. With a misled and compromised conservative movement, there won’t be much of anything left to stand in their way.

“You’re fooling yourself. John McCain won’t stop the death of a single child.”

The point is John McCain definitely will not CAUSE as many children to die as Obama will. With Supreme Court appointments McCain may well stop the death of many children. And it goes way beyond abortion; on essentially every single thing Obama is manifestly worse than McCain.

“you’re going to open the floodgates for the Left.”

I think Obama FAR more than McCain will “open the floodgates for the Left.”

EV,

Your vote helps Obama, my vote helps McCain.

Your vote helps elect Obama, the biggest Marxist, anti-American ever to run for office.

By shilling for Keyes you really are shilling for Obama.

Despite all your principles and good intentions, YOUR ACTIONS help the one many think is the most evil pol in our history.

EV, there is nothing you or I, or anyone else can say that will change the fact that come next January either McCain or Obama will be POTUS. Those are the only two possibilities.

EternalVigilance, why do you want Barack Hussein Obama to be the next president?

Hmmm...could you explain why he gets support from these guys and these guys give him such a poor rating? Could you explain why a guy who is pro-choice would support the nominations of Bork, Thomas, Roberts and Alito?

In part, I agree with you EV. McCain will probably stab us in the back. But Obama will attack us full force and openly.

I will probably (won't know till I am in the booth) vote for McCain. But this game that both parties are playing is getting old. We are not really voting for issues much anymore, we are just playing the game.

Read Belloc’s “The Two Party System” sometime, I suspect that is where Keyes is getting his material.
