They went with the highest number because they want to convince us that Obama is loved the world over.

And they wanted to make comparisons to Kennedy’s “Ich bin ein Berliner” speech, and Reagan’s “Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall” speech. They want to impress on us that Obama is a great statesman, no matter that he hasn’t been elected president yet.

And yet all they really did was impress on us folks (who are paying attention) that they are in the toilet bowl for their rock star.
