God bless Paul Newman, and bless the hospice workers who will allow him to die at home with the dignity that no tabloid mafia ever would.
Yes...home hospice was definitely the best thing for my Dad's last couple of weeks. As well, they know how to handle things upon death. Within 30 minutes, the nurse was there to "pronounce", and within an hour and a half, all the reminder stuff (hospital bed, O-2 machine, etc.) were picked up.
The doctor, coroner and funeral home were all contacted within the hour.
You just said a mouthful.
Sad news. The tabloid mafia sharks will not have the decency to leave a dying man alone. I hate how they exploit people’s suffering.
