Did you use the Stilton or Gorgonzola?

I used stilton....but gorganzola would be good as well.

I used a mixture of oil cured olives & smashed to pit.

I split a loaf of artesian bagette bread & let one side toast plain & then drizzled olive oil on it. YOM! :)
